A multi-line build — KESTREL 2, 4, and 6 with TALON 6 and 7 — cleared Factory Acceptance Testing in parallel with only minor punch-list items. The customer’s engineering leadership was on site and shared appreciation for the team’s execution.
Two refurbished and retooled HAWKs cleared a Fortune 500 customer’s FAT.
Four customer reps on site (three first-time visitors). Full wire tracing. Extensive fault testing. 16 recipes executed on each HAWK over four days. Result: successful FAT, small punch list, both lines cleared to ship.
