The terms that govern your access to and use of the JLS Automation website.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at jlsautomation.com and any related JLS Automation web properties (collectively, the “Site”), operated by JLS Automation (“JLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 20 Innovation Drive, York, PA 17402. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

JLS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or connected systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site or introduce malware; copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute Site content except as expressly permitted; or use the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, videos, page layouts, and software — is owned by or licensed to JLS Automation and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. JLS®, TALON®, OSPREY®, and PEREGRINE® are registered trademarks of JLS Automation; other marks belong to JLS or their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants a license to use any JLS trademark without prior written permission. You may view, download, and print materials for internal, non-commercial reference only, retaining all proprietary notices.

3. Product and technical information

Information on the Site about JLS products, systems, specifications, configurations, throughput rates, materials, and capabilities is provided for general informational purposes only. It is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a quotation, offer, warranty, or guarantee of performance. Actual system design and performance are determined by your specific application and defined solely in a written agreement signed by JLS. Nothing on the Site creates a binding offer or contract.

4. Links and third-party content

The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, products, or services for convenience only. JLS does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

5. Submissions and communications

If you submit information through the Site — for example a contact, quote, spec sheet, case study, or Flight Lab request — you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. JLS’s use of information you submit is governed by our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information you do not wish JLS to use in connection with your request.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JLS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT. This does not affect warranties provided under a separate written agreement for JLS products or services.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JLS AUTOMATION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 8. Indemnification

JLS may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [York County], Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
